As a Factory Authorized service facility we continue an ongoing investment in the most current technician training, factory updates about information, knowledge, and experience on the cars, new to old. We always have the latest in tools, technologies and computer hardware to assist in diagnoses. The data bank is constantly updated with factory links from a world-wide gathering of knowledge and experience on all models from all years. We've gone ultra high-tech, just like the cars themselves.

Bob McKanna - Bentley Service Director
Our dealership and customers are fortunate to have Bob's 40+ years of experience working for them. Starting as a talented model builder who moved into motorized slot cars, in 1966 Bob's professional automotive career started when he became an apprentice/helper at a Rolls-Royce dealership in Evanston, Illinois. In this Old World way, he served a five-year tutelage under a British journeyman Rolls technician who taught (and demanded) patience, attention to the smallest details and a deep appreciation for finely engineered automobiles. These principles of providing the best possible service for the customer and his motor car have stayed with Bob as he progressed from being a certified technician himself and later as a parts specialist and service advisor for Rolls-Royce and Bentley autos and their owners. Bob's dedication to those responsibilities have benefited our company for many decades now and has kept many loyal clients coming back with subsequent purchases from our sales department. Although our clientele represent many varied personalities and outlooks, all appreciate Bob's honest, direct way of advising them on their cars' repairs and progress while under our shop's care. Bob has helped assemble a similarly deeply committed staff of technicians who will provide you and your special motor car with the most professional service support possible.
Jeff Hocker - Service and Parts Director
Jeff was born and raised in Littleton, He is married with two boys who keep them a very active, athletic family. Jeff enjoys Colorado for its four seasons and all the outdoor things it has to offer. Jeff enjoys participating in many kinds of sports. He is a Tri-athlete a hockey player and in his free time enjoys Snowboarding and golf. He is a fan of all four of Denver’s sports franchises. He grew up around race cars which left him a long time follower of auto racing. He is an avid Formula 1 and NASCAR fan. Jeff has over 20 years of Automotive experience. five years with the Mazda brand and seven years with BMW in both parts and service. Joining Ferrari of Denver in 1999, it is his goal to make servicing your exotic car as easy and enjoyable as possible by providing excellent customer service and value to our clientele.
Marc Lancaster - Bentley and Lotus Service Advisor
Marc was born and raised in Denver. He grew up around vehicles in his Father’s repair shop through his childhood, which was the contributing factor for Marc’s appreciation and understanding for cars as well as the importance great customer service plays in the automotive repair business. Marc loves all outdoor activities and is an avid Hunter; archery, waterfowl, upland, and has recently discovered golf as a great local sport. He and his wife often camp and ride dirt bikes together. They have recently welcomed a new addition to their family; Drake. Drake is a Chocolate Lab who is currently in training and will accompany every hunting trip scheduled in the future. Marc has been with Ferrari of Denver since 2000.He began as a Parts Driver and moved his way up the ladder. He began writing Service & Parts for BMW & Alfa Romeo in 2002 under the direction of Jeff Hocker. In 2004 he made the jump to write Service & Parts for Bentley and Rolls Royce in addition to BMW and Alfa Romeo. While under the guidance of Bob McKanna he has learned a tremendous amount about the Rolls Royce & Bentley Brands and mch of the history and changes over the generations. Marc has completed several Bentley factory classes and training sessions on the Continental and Arnage Series vehicles. In 2006, Marc took over the Lotus Service & Parts Advisor position in addition to the other brands he oversees. We are glad to have Marc with us and look forward to many more years of his exceptional Customer Service skills and knowledge assisting our clientele.

Mark is a Colorado native, and has always had a passion for cars. He first began visiting Ferrari of Denver while in elementary school. Mark worked as our finest Lot Technician on the weekends while earning his degree in Business Administraion from CSU in Fort Collins. When he graduated in 2011 he took on the challenge of working as our Parts Manager and will continue to work his way up the ladder. Mark enjoys shooting, playing basketball and spending time with his family. He is dedicated to assisting our customer in all of their automotive need by providing exemplary customer service and knowledge.

Mark's love for automobiles began at an early age restoring cars with his father. After attending Greer Tech school on a full scholarship Mark went to work for a Rolls Royce and Toyota dealership. There he served under a Toyota technician who helped design the very successful Corolla engine. While working for that dealership Mark met Bob McKanna who gave him the opportunity to train on the Rolls Royce and Bentley lines. Mark later made the jump from Chicago to Colorado, along with Bob, where they joined Bill Stewart and the " My Garage Team". Mark is certified in both the Rolls-Royce and Bentley marques and takes great pride in maintaining these magnificent automobiles. His experience is unparalleled. Mark is still restoring American classics as a hobby, and his special cars are consistent national award winners. Mark feels that "The vehicles that I work on are as special to their owners as mine are to me. I'm proud of what I do and I think it shows. I try to put that same quality into my client's vehicles that I would my own" We are all proud and pleased to work with Mark. His knowledge is unique, his talent is special and his perfection is legendary. Mark is a car-guy's car-guy.
Bill Evenden - Certified Master Technician

Arizona Automotive Institute, Ferrari Master Technician Ferrari / Maserati Schools too numerous to list, here's a brief overview: 250/275/330/365/246/308/348/355/360/430/612/599/F40/F50/Enzo/Merak/Bora/Q-porte/Biturbo, plus all current V8 Coupe, Spider and Quattroporte, Lotus Elan/Esprit/Elise, etc, you get the idea. His most recent trip to the Ferrari Factory in Maranello Italy was for advanced 599 diagnostics and F1 diagnostics, a session available only to franchised Master Technicians, as well as the Technicians Challenge at the Ferrari Factory. Bill was one of only two Americans invited to compete. Bill is one of a handfull of Certified Ferrari Master Technicians in the Country, and curently ranked #1 nationally. Bill is also ASE certified and has over two decades experience with Ferrari of Denver. In 1986 Bill joined Bill Stewart at "Royal Carriage Works" to service the exotic Ferrari and Maserati brands. Bill's love and appreciation for these exclusive and old world craftsmen cars has made him an invaluable asset to his loyal clientele and Ferrari of Denver.

He is a Factory Certified BMW Master Technician who has serviced this marque for 25 plus years. We have always serviced a loyal group of BMW owners who rely on Ferrari of Denver for their routine BMW service needs. Chuck is also a factory-trained technician for Lotus and is Factory Certified with Lotus. Chuck was factory trained in Crewe England, and factory certified on Continental GT, Continental Flying Spur and the new Continental GTC convertible.
